Guidance, not professional care
Perfect Guidance provides personal ideas and perspective from a guide. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency care. Guides do not diagnose or treat disease, and no outcome is promised. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. If you may be in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional.
Requests and responses
Requests must be lawful, respectful, and appropriate for this service. We may review reported content, request a rephrasing, reassign a request, decline content, suspend access, or take other reasonable action to protect clients, guides, and staff. Guide assignment is random among eligible guides in the purchased tier.
Charges, tips, and remedies
The price shown at checkout is charged in U.S. dollars. Tips are optional. Guidance is subjective and dissatisfaction alone does not create a refund right. Nexus Healing may, at its discretion, issue a refund, credit, or company-funded replacement response when circumstances warrant it. A client cannot submit another request until the required rating for the prior response is completed.
Private video and one-year availability
You authorize Perfect Guidance and its service providers to process your request and response videos to operate the service. Each request record, including its videos, is scheduled for deletion on the first anniversary of the request. Download anything you want to keep before that date. Deleted content cannot be restored.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in information private and provide accurate information. Do not upload illegal, threatening, harassing, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or technically harmful content; impersonate another person; probe the service; or attempt to access another person’s private content.
Service availability
Response windows are operating targets, not guarantees. Most requests are completed within 30 hours. A rephrased, reported, conflict-reassigned, or missed-deadline request may receive a new response window. Provider outages and circumstances outside reasonable control may also affect timing.
