Information we handle
We process account and contact information, private request and response videos, service-tier and assignment records, required ratings, optional tips, support communications, and technical security records. Stripe processes payment, identity, and payout details. Perfect Guidance does not store full card or guide bank-account numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, accept payment, route requests, let guides respond, notify participants, show private history, calculate guide eligibility and earnings, review reported or low-rated activity, prevent abuse, support clients, and operate the service.
Service providers and access
Information is shared only as needed with providers that support video hosting, payments and payouts, email or enabled text notifications, infrastructure, security, and support. A guide receives the private request assigned to them. Authorized administrators can access records when required for operations, safety, reviews, or support. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect people and the service.
Video and request retention
The complete identifiable request record is scheduled for deletion on the first anniversary of the request. Reminder emails are scheduled 30 days and 7 days beforehand. Video files remain with the configured video provider during that period and are streamed directly between the provider and the authorized person’s device; the application server does not act as a video host. Anonymized financial, payout, performance, and deletion totals may remain for accounting and aggregate reporting, without the deleted request content or client link.
Security and choices
We use role-based access, private provider grants, secure cookies, event verification, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet system is risk-free. You can download available videos before deletion, manage your account through the service, and contact us about access, correction, or privacy questions.
