Perfect Guidance
Guide Services Agreement
Version guide-services-v1-2026-09-04. Effective September 4, 2026. This agreement applies when you provide guidance through the Perfect Guidance platform. By checking the agreement box and submitting guide onboarding, you agree to this version electronically.
Independent services
You provide services as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. You are not promised any number of assignments, minimum earnings, or continued access. You choose whether and when to make yourself available, subject to any schedule you save and any deadlines you accept. You are responsible for your own equipment, workspace, expenses, insurance, licenses, and benefits.
Guide standards and scope
You will provide respectful, original, good-faith Higher Self guidance that is responsive to the assigned request and within the response limit and deadline shown. Guidance is informational and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency care. You will not diagnose, prescribe, promise outcomes, impersonate another person, provide unlawful content, or encourage a client to avoid appropriate professional or emergency help.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must remain eligible, trained, approved, and authorized to provide the services where you are located. You will keep your name, contact details, country of residence, tax status, and payout information accurate. Identity, bank, and tax verification may be completed through Stripe or another disclosed provider. Available payout countries, currencies, methods, timing, and verification requirements depend on provider and legal availability and may change.
Assignments, rates, and payment
The platform shows the applicable guide rate when an assignment is offered or assigned. Rates are before payment-processing, payout, foreign-exchange, withholding, or other disclosed fees. Only eligible, completed, and approved earnings enter a payout batch. Payout estimates are not final settlement amounts. Timing can be delayed by review, verification, banking, compliance, provider, reserve, or technical requirements.
If a related client payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, found fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise not finally collected, related guide earnings may be held, reduced, reversed, or recovered from future amounts to the extent permitted by law. The platform will not knowingly transfer earnings that are ineligible or tied to an unpaid or reversed client payment. Tips and bonuses are subject to the same final-payment and eligibility rules unless the platform states otherwise.
Confidentiality and privacy
Client requests, videos, identity, contact information, and account details are confidential. You may use them only to complete the assigned service through approved tools. You will not download, copy, record, publish, share, contact, identify, or attempt to move a client outside the platform except where an authorized workflow expressly permits it. You will protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or safety concerns.
Content and platform operation
You keep ownership of original content you create. You grant the platform a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display to the assigned client and authorized staff, retain, and delete that content as needed to provide, secure, review, support, document, and administer the service under the posted retention rules. This license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping duties.
Taxes and records
You are responsible for determining and paying taxes, registrations, duties, or similar obligations that apply to your services and earnings, except amounts the platform or payout provider is legally required to withhold or report. You will provide requested tax documentation and promptly update it after a relevant change. The platform may pause assignments or payouts when required information is missing, inconsistent, expired, or under review.
Conduct, conflicts, and compliance
You will disclose a conflict through the platform before responding when you know the client or cannot provide impartial guidance. You will comply with applicable law, sanctions and restricted-person rules, platform policies, security requirements, and reasonable quality or safety instructions. You may not manipulate ratings, route work to yourself, submit fabricated work, misuse client information, evade controls, or interfere with platform or provider systems.
Reviews, suspension, and ending access
The platform may review reported content, missed deadlines, low ratings, payment reversals, identity or compliance issues, or suspected misconduct. Access, routing, or payouts may be paused while a review is pending. Either you or the platform may end the relationship at any time, subject to payment of eligible finally earned amounts and lawful holds, offsets, reporting, retention, and dispute obligations. Provisions concerning confidentiality, content licenses already granted, payments, taxes, records, disputes, and other terms that by their nature should continue will survive.
Electronic acceptance and updates
The platform records the agreement version and acceptance time, along with a browser user-agent and a one-way keyed digest of the network address used for acceptance. It does not store the raw network address in the acceptance record. A material new version may require a new acceptance before you can receive additional assignments. Client-facing Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, and operational policies incorporated into guide onboarding also apply where relevant; if terms conflict, this Guide Services Agreement controls your guide services.
